This Referral Program (“the Program”) is managed by Reverent Media, LLC (doing business as Good Agency). The following comprehensive terms and conditions apply:

  1. Acceptance of Terms: By participating in the Program, you, the referring client, hereby signify your agreement to these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. It is your responsibility to read, understand, and abide by all aspects of these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms and Conditions, you should not participate in the Program.
  2. Eligibility: The Program is open exclusively to existing Good Agency clients who are currently in good standing. To qualify for participation, clients must have no outstanding past-due bills with Good Agency at the time of referral. The Program is void where prohibited by law or outside the permissible jurisdictions. Good Agency reserves the right to disqualify any participant who is in breach of these eligibility criteria.
  3. Beta Phase: The Program is currently in a beta testing phase for a period of 60 days. During this phase, the functionality and outcomes of the Program will be evaluated. Good Agency reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Program at any time, based on the outcomes of the beta testing phase or for any other reason deemed appropriate. Any significant modifications to the Program or these Terms and Conditions will be communicated to participants in advance.
  4. Referral Process: To participate in the Program, you must introduce potential clients to Good Agency via a direct email introduction. This email must include both the potential client and a representative from Good Agency. You represent and warrant that you have a pre-existing professional or personal relationship with the potential client, and the potential client has expressed consent to being introduced to Good Agency. False referrals or referrals made without the consent of the potential client will be considered a breach of these Terms and Conditions.
  5. Referral Rewards: A $100 referral fee will be granted for each qualifying referral who schedules and attends a discovery call with Good Agency. A $750 referral fee will be awarded for each referral that becomes a new client of Good Agency within six months of the discovery call. Referrals will be considered ‘qualifying’ if the referred person or entity has not been a client of Good Agency in the 12 months prior to the referral, is not currently a client of Good Agency, is not a referral by another Referral Source (e.g. Worklodge, StoryBrand, etc.), Client or Team Member, and is not already known to Good Agency as a potential client. Good Agency reserves the right to make the final decision on whether a referral qualifies for the Program.
  6. Reward Payment: Referral rewards can be received as a check payment or as a credit toward future services from Good Agency not yet under contract. If you opt for a check payment, it will be delivered via check or ACH to the address provided within 45 days of the qualifying event. Failure to provide accurate payment details may result in forfeiture of the referral reward.
  7. Non-transferable: Rewards earned through the Program are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for other forms of compensation, unless explicitly provided by Good Agency.
  8. Non-Combination: Rewards from this Program cannot be combined with other discounts, offers, or promotions provided by Good Agency.
  9. Termination or Suspension: Good Agency reserves the right to suspend or terminate your participation in the Program, or withhold or revoke any rewards, if we suspect any breach of these Terms and Conditions or any fraudulent, deceptive, or unlawful activity. Good Agency reserves the right to recover any rewards issued in error.
  10. Tax Liability: Any tax liability arising from the receipt of referral rewards is the sole responsibility of the recipient. Good Agency is not responsible for any potential tax liabilities incurred through participation in the Program.
  11. Changes to Terms and Conditions: Good Agency reserves the right to amend, modify, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Participants will be notified of any changes in advance. Continued participation in the Program after any such changes shall constitute your acceptance of such changes.
  12. Data Protection: All personal data submitted as part of the Program will be processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By participating in the Program, you consent to such processing and you confirm that all data provided by you is accurate.
  13. Governing Law: These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Texas. Any disputes relating to these Terms and Conditions or the Program will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the state where Good Agency operates.
